HOUSING OVERVIEW
Silverhawk Aviation Academy offers a limited number of rental housing options for students on a first-come, first-served basis. Our rooms range from $525 to $650 per month, depending on the bathroom configuration. All rooms come with access to shared common areas, and the rent includes utilities and high-speed wireless internet. Please note that TV services are not included and are the tenant's responsibility.

These rental properties are located in Caldwell, ID, approximately 2 miles from the Silverhawk hangar. While there is no public transportation system in the area, alternative commuting options should be planned accordingly. Caldwell is situated around 25 miles from Boise, the state's capital, and the average commute between Caldwell and Boise takes approximately 30-40 minutes.

The Caldwell-Boise area, often referred to as the Treasure Valley, offers a vibrant community with access to a variety of local amenities and recreational opportunities.

Many of our students and staff opt to live in Boise, however, the cost of living is higher in this area and the commute can be tiresome for some. Nevertheless, we believe wherever you live in the Treasure Valley you’ll be very content. Idahoans are notorious for their friendly demeanor and willingness to help others in need, so whether you live in Caldwell, Boise, Nampa, Meridian, Eagle, Star or any of the other towns near our academy, we believe you’ll be happy with your decision.
